Zhenjiang Boge Electronics Co.,Ltd was founded on August 11st, 2000, which its former name was Jurong Boge Electronics Factory.We have obtained great reputation and become a leading professional supplier for business appliances through 3-years' business revolution from the end of 2003. Some continual progresses tracks can be found in our past 7-years developing history：8/2000 to 4/2001, we just had two sets of injection machines and our product was simply the power cord. At the end of Aug. 2001, our selling value was 2.57 millions RMB in which 90% are for the soybean machine. In May 2001, our product range concerned wire harness, and we passed ISO9001:2000 certificate ( we are the first one with ISO9001:2000 cetificate) in July,2001. In 2002, the selling value of wire harness business shared 30% firstly. In 2003, we encountered a big frustration for SARS: the expected strategy for the air condition as our main business was completely marred and our annual selling increase was simply 19% ( our annual average complex increase rate was up 60%). We leaned more from SARS, then we set up a new definition of Business Products after mass of marketing survey at the end of 2003. In January 2004, we have our own land with 20 MU in Houbai industrial park, and verified the business products as our target of company developing. In July 2005, Boge Electronics successfully become a joint-stock company by introducing partial employees stocks. In September, we obtained UL certificate and had our own IMP/EXP authority. On Jul.8,2006, our own plant got constructed in Houbai InustrialPark. On Nov.6,2006, the whole plant got transferred successfully. In March 2007, we bought Nanjing Penghen Electronics Co.,Ltd and added data cable business. |
